Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare supplies and PPE for each day’s home visits.
  • •Use mobile technology to access your schedule and commute to patient homes.
  • •Build patient rapport and perform diagnostic/low acuity services (including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic foot screenings, retina exams, and ECGs).
  • •Ensure collected samples are labeled correctly and coordinate drop-off to the appropriate lab/shipment facility.
  • •Coordinate care using HIPAA-secure messaging apps while delivering high-quality, patient-comfortable services.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 28 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training; national certification where state licensure isn’t required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • •Valid Driver’s License and current vehicle insurance.
  • •Pass a national background check and DMV check, and be able to physically access patient homes (including stairs) and carry up to 20 pounds.
