Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop strategic direction and positioning for the NAVY/NAVFAC account, including market intelligence, competitor and SB/SDB analyses, and investment/resource allocation.
  • •Create and manage account plans: set opportunity targets, establish growth goals with business line leaders, flow down goals to engagement teams, and monitor portfolio quality across regions.
  • •Support pursuit and sales execution by maintaining and updating the Salesforce pipeline, ensuring capture plans for major pursuits, teaming/negotiation support, and coordinating marketing and business line efforts.
  • •Maintain account performance visibility by aligning bookings and pipeline to monthly projections and providing situational reporting when projections are not aligned.
  • •Lead key client relationships and corrective actions across major clients/commands, oversee recoveries for client satisfaction, and ensure compliance including FAR and CPAR review/rebuttals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or a related discipline aligned to AECOM’s business lines.
  • •At least 12 years of experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs, including at least 4 years of leadership experience (or equivalent).
  • •US citizenship is required due to the nature of the role.
  • •Experience supporting NAVY/NAVFAC Architect-Engineering workstreams such as MILCON, FMS, Master Planning, Environmental Services (including NEPA), Energy Performance Services, and construction management/quality assurance.
  • •Travel required throughout CONUS and some OCONUS based on project and opportunity needs.
