Job Summary

Lead and optimize onboarding and off-boarding processes while partnering with HR and business leaders to foster a culture of employee centricity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end employee onboarding and off-boarding lifecycle, driving improvements and digital transformation.
•Serve as a strategic partner to HR and business leaders to embed a culture of employee centricity and operational excellence.
•Record and maintain data on Mashreq HRMS and all HR operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Oversee HRMS maintenance including New Joiners, Transfers, Promotions, Increments, resignations, and organizational linkage.
•Coordinate employee confirmations and annual contracts renewal, and manage government relations (social insurance, taxation) and outsourced personnel activities.

Key Requirements

•Onboarding and off-boarding process ownership with focus on continuous improvement and digital transformation
•Primarily responsible for creating employee profiles, jobs & organization linkage in HRMS
•Maintenance of HRMS data for new joiners, transfers, promotions, increments, resignations, etc.
•Managing all onboarding/off boarding processes and payroll-related maker responsibilities
•Handling governmental relations (social insurance, taxation) and employee contract renewals
