Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and source deals by engaging issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms.
  • •Own external relationships as the primary point of contact across issuers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations and structure deal terms.
  • •Build and manage the origination pipeline, tracking opportunities through execution and reporting conversion.
  • •Prepare pitches and proposals, monitor market activity, and coordinate cross-functionally to drive deals through diligence and closing.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, equity capital markets (ECM) origination, relationship management, investment banking, or capital raising.
  • •Established network across VC/PE, investment banking, issuers, and institutional relationships.
  • •Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals or mandates.
  • •Strong understanding of equity capital markets and capital-raising mechanics (e.g., IPOs and follow-on offerings).
