Key Responsibilities

•Originate and source deals by engaging issuers, companies, partners, investment banks, exchanges, and distribution platforms.
•Own external relationships as the primary point of contact across issuers, financial institutions, and strategic partners.
•Lead commercial negotiations and structure deal terms.
•Build and manage the origination pipeline, tracking opportunities through execution and reporting conversion.
•Prepare pitches and proposals, monitor market activity, and coordinate cross-functionally to drive deals through diligence and closing.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, equity capital markets (ECM) origination, relationship management, investment banking, or capital raising.
•Established network across VC/PE, investment banking, issuers, and institutional relationships.
•Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close deals or mandates.
•Strong understanding of equity capital markets and capital-raising mechanics (e.g., IPOs and follow-on offerings).
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills, representing the firm to senior external counterparts.
