Job Summary

Lead the technical and QA/QC direction for investment and engineering projects, partnering with HQ and site teams to ensure implementations match plans, forecasts, and contractual requirements. Provide technical support across engineering disciplines, review and approve design activities, manage risks, and oversee operational systems and performance metrics. Drive stakeholder communication with clients and joint venture entities, and support HSE initiatives, safety awareness, and incident resolution aligned to company and IMS policies.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical support across engineering disciplines for investment phases, scope, budget, quality, and time.
•Support the Investment Implementation Department for procurement, investment control, and commercial aspects.
•Provide technical inputs to HQ and site organizations and advise on measures necessary for performance of the works.
•Oversee development and implementation of investments, including operational systems/processes and performance metrics.
•Review and approve design activities, manage technical risks, and support HSE initiatives including safety awareness and incident reporting/resolution.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 15 years working experience, including 10 years in a relevant management/leadership position.
•Proven track record managing technical projects and leading investment development and implementation.
•Strong knowledge of related technologies and familiarity with regulatory compliance and safety standards.
•Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
•ERP knowledge with preferably SAP functional skills required.
