Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and facilitate Kaizen events and Rapid Improvement Processes (RIPs).
  • •Identify, analyze, and track improvement opportunities using data collection and performance metrics.
  • •Improve safety, environmental, food safety, and quality compliance while driving measurable operational results.
  • •Develop and implement Lean-based strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and process effectiveness.
  • •Manage CI projects including schedules, progress reporting, cost savings calculations/validation, value stream maps, and monitoring initiative status with plant leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Five or more years of Continuous Improvement experience, or five or more years of leadership experience in a Lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
  • •Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification, or progress toward certification, preferred.
  • •Ability to effectively communicate and influence individuals at all levels, with strong coaching and facilitation skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; equivalent education/experience may be considered.
