Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a multi-year, enterprise sales learning strategy aligned to corporate goals and market trends
  • •Design and implement scalable training programs including onboarding, product training, solution selling, consultative sales, and vertical-specific enablement
  • •Translate product and solution messaging into field-ready content such as sales playbooks, eLearning modules, and reference collateral
  • •Define and track KPIs, analyze sales performance data, and deliver reporting on training effectiveness and business impact
  • •Oversee sales enablement tools and delivery technologies, manage vendor relationships and contracts, and support coaching/onboarding and field readiness

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of experience in Sales Learning & Development, sales enablement, or sales leadership in a B2B environment
  • •Minimum 5 years designing and delivering training programs such as new hire onboarding and Challenger Sales workshops
  • •Proven experience managing enterprise-wide sales learning and development programs at scale, including governance and curriculum architecture
  • •Experience applying B2B sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger Sale, MEDDIC, SPIN, Miller Heiman) in enterprise sales
  • •Minimum 5 years using sales and productivity tools including Salesforce (SFDC), LMS platforms, and sales enablement technologies such as Highspot, Seismic, Klyck.io, or Showpad
