Job Summary

Advance AI-driven engineering practices and establish technical excellence across the Output Solutions portfolio. Partner with engineering, product, cloud, and security teams to adopt AI-assisted development tools, improve software quality and delivery velocity, and deliver architecture and code reviews across Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Angular, and Python. Build reusable reference architectures, mentor engineers, run workshops, and create agents/connectors for real-time client and operations impact.

Key Responsibilities

•Establish and evolve engineering standards, architecture patterns, CI/CD practices, and security frameworks across multiple application teams.
•Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical consultations for solutions built with Java, Spring Boot, .NET, Angular, and Python.
•Define reusable reference architectures, engineering patterns, and decision frameworks teams can adopt and scale.
•Champion AI-assisted engineering practices, evaluating and implementing AI developer tools to improve quality and delivery speed.
•Build custom agents, connectors, and extensions and deliver workshops/enablement to drive engineering excellence and adoption of emerging technologies.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of software engineering experience building and delivering enterprise-scale applications.
•8+ years developing applications with Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and enterprise integration frameworks.
•5+ years in a Principal Engineer, Architect, Lead Engineer, or equivalent technical leadership level across multiple teams.
•4+ years building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using GitLab CI, Jenkins, and automated testing platforms.
•Experience building LLM-powered applications/agents in production and implementing application security controls (OAuth2, JWT, TLS, secrets management).
