Lead the India-based internal audit team for EMEAI, owning the end-to-end audit process and key compliance initiatives. Drive a risk-based rolling audit plan, deliver audits and remediation, and strengthen internal controls and sustainable processes. Oversee the audit team, review audit reports and workpapers, and collaborate with data analytics and IT teams on integrated fieldwork. Mentor and coach auditors and associates while handling ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
