Key Responsibilities

  • •Use expertise in procedural and processing requirements for business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications, including H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, AOS, and others.
  • •Handle procedural and processing requirements for additional visa petitions and applications such as K-1, I-130, N-400, and DACA.
  • •Independently analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for attorney review and submission.
  • •Own an assigned case docket, ensuring timely communication with clients and attorneys.
  • •Stay up to date on immigration developments and share information with the team; perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience preparing business immigration applications with demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, AOS, K-1, I-130, N-400, and DACA.
  • •Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent training, education, and experience.
  • •Experience with other types of immigration matters is a plus.
  • •Excellent multitasking and time management skills to handle a high volume of cases.
  • •Strong communication, organizational, and detail-oriented skills; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
