Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and control daily flight capacity for freighters and passenger aircraft.
  • •Adjust capacity forecasts and set optimal overbooking levels through the live flight window.
  • •Prioritize shipments and evaluate recovery options during disruptions, including appropriate rebooking.
  • •Develop and maintain a revenue optimization strategy for ~10 routes / ~20 daily flights by analyzing demand and capacity trends.
  • •Define entry conditions and allocation strategy in the RM system, monitor performance, and run weekly route performance reviews with Pricing and other stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2-3 years of airline cargo experience or related experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • •Strong analytical and decision-making skills for revenue and capacity optimization.
  • •Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team.
  • •Experience with a reputable airline preferred.
