Key Responsibilities

  • •Build an emotional connection with customers, live the brand values, and ensure smooth store processes while addressing customers and inquiries.
  • •Process complaints (internal and external), handle cost center withdrawals, and manage exchanges/returns (Umtäusche).
  • •Receive and record customer orders and support sales activities when needed to improve sell-through and brand awareness.
  • •Ensure correct payment workflows, careful handling of goods, and perform cash closeouts accurately.
  • •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and, where applicable, run Endless Aisle and Click&Collect operations (including order pickup, pick & pack, and customer communication).

Key Requirements

  • •Retail training (Einzelhandelsausbildung).
  • •Preferably 1–2 months of work experience in sports and/or fashion retail.
  • •Basic English knowledge.
  • •Basic spelling and numeracy skills, and communication ability.
  • •Retail professional competencies as expected for the role.
