Virtual Customer service/ Sales Associate position

Serve customers in a remote setting by answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat while providing accurate product, pricing, promotion, and policy information. Help customers with product selection, purchases, account questions, and order support, and identify sales opportunities to recommend solutions that match their needs. Process orders, returns, and exchanges, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and maintain CRM records while meeting both customer service and sales performance goals.
