Job Summary

Deliver post go-live Workday Success Plans services that help customers maximize value from their Workday investment. You’ll provide excellent customer service, engage customers to understand business requirements, and develop configuration solutions while explaining tradeoffs. Support multiple customers on short projects, troubleshoot product configuration, and respond to Ask-an-Expert requests. Partner with an Engagement Manager to run feature adoption workshops, tenant reviews, and health checks, plus delivery of webinars and accelerators.

•Provide excellent customer service while helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high customer satisfaction.
•Engage customers to understand business requirements and develop system configuration solutions, including articulating product capabilities and design decision tradeoffs.
•Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects, including troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
•Share expertise through Ask-an-Expert requests via research, small-scope consulting, configuration guidance, demonstrations, and clear communication of responses.
•Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks, plus services like webinars and feature accelerators.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) software support or consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or equivalent practitioner deployment experience.
•5+ years using HCM systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
•5+ years of experience in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product areas.
•5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
•Certified (or able to certify) in Workday HCM products and effectively deploy solutions.
