Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service while helping customers overcome HR technology challenges and drive high customer satisfaction.
  • •Engage customers to understand business requirements and develop system configuration solutions, including articulating product capabilities and design decision tradeoffs.
  • •Support multiple customers concurrently on short-duration projects, including troubleshooting product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
  • •Share expertise through Ask-an-Expert requests via research, small-scope consulting, configuration guidance, demonstrations, and clear communication of responses.
  • •Partner with an Engagement Manager to deliver feature adoption workshops, functional reviews, and health checks, plus services like webinars and feature accelerators.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of Human Capital Management (HCM) software support or consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or equivalent practitioner deployment experience.
  • •5+ years using HCM systems including Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, and/or JD Edwards.
  • •5+ years of experience in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking product areas.
  • •5+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME.
  • •Certified (or able to certify) in Workday HCM products and effectively deploy solutions.
