You will collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape AI capabilities, work on real cases with real stakes, and contribute to regulatory-ready case documentation from a central case management system.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate transactions, counterparties, and customer activity to determine what’s really going on
•Operate alerts using established AML procedures to separate false positives from genuine red flags
•Use Bretton AI agents to accelerate research, transaction analysis, and narrative drafting, applying your judgment to AI outputs
•Write clear, defensible narratives that hold up to quality assurance and regulatory scrutiny
•Document findings in the case management system to a high standard

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 28 - 70 hourly

Key Requirements

•A degree in finance, accounting, criminology, economics, business, law, political science, or a related analytical field, or equivalent professional experience
•Strong written analysis skills with clear, structured writing
•Sharp attention to detail and the instinct to notice when something doesn’t add up
•Sharp judgment under ambiguity and the ability to dig deeper, escalate, or close
•Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
