Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare, manage, and issue drawings for complex engineering projects.
  • •Check drawing sets for complex engineering projects.
  • •Liaise with designers and project team engineers to ensure timely delivery of project outputs.
  • •Plan and manage own work (and others) to meet deadlines and budgets.
  • •Mentor individuals within the drafting team and support knowledge sharing focused on emerging technologies and Digital Engineering, including assisting with engineering software, tools, and best-practice procedures.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate Degree of Civil Engineering (or similar) with up to 4 years of experience as a Civil Drafter (technician).
  • •TMR Roads and Highways experience.
  • •Proficient operator of AutoCAD.
  • •Working knowledge of ProjectWise is preferable.
  • •Ability to work well in a busy, sometimes pressured environment with excellent written and spoken communication.
