Job Summary

Drive the promotion of destination experiences by developing and executing integrated marketing strategies across traditional, digital, and on-ground channels. Partner with marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to plan campaigns, manage content and social, coordinate PR and partnerships, oversee budgets and reporting, and track KPIs to optimize performance. Lead creative and copy consistency, collaborate with vendors, and support event-focused marketing execution in a hybrid onsite environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with marketing leadership to define strategic direction and develop comprehensive marketing plans for destination experiences and integration events.
•Oversee day-to-day campaign execution, coordinating cross-functional delivery across digital and traditional channels.
•Manage content calendars and integrated marketing efforts, including partnerships, email marketing, influencer outreach, and on-ground activations.
•Own marketing budgets for assigned projects, manage approvals and track utilization, and provide campaign ROI and cost-efficiency updates.
•Track marketing KPIs and evaluate event outcomes, using insights to optimize future campaigns and maintain messaging consistency across channels.

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•3-5 years of marketing experience and/or live entertainment or hospitality/travel experience.
•Understanding of financial and accounting standards.
•Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel and Word, and Google Sheets and Docs (Excel certification is an asset).
•Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to communicate effectively across all levels.
•Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
