Job Summary

Lead Sprout Social’s Enterprise Transformation Team within the Finance organization, translating executive direction into structured, accountable programs that improve execution excellence. Own cross-functional coordination, resolve competing priorities, and drive process/work design and change leadership. Partner with FP&A to run stage-gate rhythms and connect initiatives to financial value realization. Build sustainable capability through frameworks, documentation, and enablement for teams across the company.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive cross-functional program coordination by tracking dependencies, surfacing blockers, and ensuring the right people connect across high-impact workstreams.
•Resolve cross-functional conflicts and competing priorities, driving issues to closure at your level with escalation reserved for genuine cross-ELT tradeoffs.
•Partner with FP&A to run a stage gate rhythm and track whether transformation initiatives translate into real financial outcomes.
•Lead process and work design by redesigning workflows, decision rights, and organizational structures with clear timelines and owners.
•Drive change leadership and communication, including harder messages, with an enablement focus so teams can work differently on their own.

•Proven ability to influence stakeholders from individual contributors up through the Executive Leadership Team.
