Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive scheduled shipments, review documentation, and process receipts through the Logistics Management Program (LMP).
  • •Operate forklifts (including large-capacity models) and warehouse tractors to move, load, unload, stack, unstack, and transport materials and equipment.
  • •Operate an electric bridge crane on the loading dock to unload items from vehicles.
  • •Inspect ropes/cables/equipment for wear or damage and obtain replacements as appropriate; ensure proper placement and attachment of weight-handling gear.
  • •Verify materials against receiving documents, route to prescribed storage locations, and perform storage/inventory and shipment preparation tasks.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a US citizen able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • •Must pass a drug test prior to start.
  • •Must have a valid state DOT driver's license (for accessing base and operating company vehicles if needed).
  • •Proven experience with multiple types of forklifts and be able to obtain a TYAD operating permit.
  • •Be able to lift and move items up to 45 pounds and be familiar with transporting HAZMAT.
