Job Summary

Lead and execute Honeywell’s integrated communications program for Saudi Arabia, Bahrain and the META region in a fast-paced, matrix environment. You will drive external media relations, executive positioning, and internal communications, translating complex technology into compelling narratives across multiple stakeholders while leveraging digital channels and AI tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and drive the strategy for a holistic internal and external communications plan for the KSA&B region that meets business objectives and priorities for Honeywell, as it evolves to become a leading pure play automation company.
•Develop and lead regional media programs that are strongly linked to business strategy and regional industry trends, working in close partnership with the Senior Communications Manager for META.
•Lead Executive Positioning strategies for the regional President to drive top-tier media coverage and support employee engagement and visibility initiatives.
•Establish and maintain strong relationships with key reporters/media and manage media inquiries and interview requests across the wider META region.
•Develop and deploy innovative tactics to deliver compelling messaging to employees across KSA&B and across META.
