Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and drive the quality strategy for a dedicated development group, including QA status, priorities, risks, blockers, and release readiness.
  • •Define and enforce QA best practices, testing standards, and quality processes across the group.
  • •Lead testing activities: planning, execution, regression, reporting, and release validation.
  • •Promote automation reliability and expanded automation coverage; mentor and guide automation engineers.
  • •Stay hands-on in feature testing, integration validation, and complex quality investigations while monitoring quality KPIs and defect trends.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in QA, QA automation, test architecture, or similar roles.
  • •4+ years of hands-on development experience in TypeScript and/or Python.
  • •Strong hands-on manual and automated testing experience with API, UI, integration, regression, and E2E validation.
  • •Experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Pytest, or similar tools.
  • •Experience testing Kubernetes-based systems and strong technical understanding of Kubernetes and asynchronous flows.
