Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, validate, and qualify new NAND Flash memory products and define/validate product configuration parameters.
  • •Use CAD tools and Verilog simulations to support build verification and in-depth circuit analysis.
  • •Identify build marginalities and recommend circuit-related fixes.
  • •Perform electrical failure analysis and device characterization to determine root causes of device issues.
  • •Collaborate across R&D, designers, manufacturing, business units, and QA; troubleshoot and validate device testing programs and prepare engineering samples.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Physics is required.
  • •Knowledge of PyTorch, TensorFlow, SystemVerilog, Linux, and Bash.
  • •Experience developing pre-silicon emulation and designing RISC-V CPU projects.
  • •Hands-on experience with Verilog and Cadence tools.
  • •Proficiency in data analysis tools like JMP and Python.
