Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up contract rules/standards with providers and supervise contracting, including onboarding new providers/services and renewals.
  • •Ensure contract compliance with regulatory, renewals, and licensing requirements.
  • •Introduce and maintain benchmarking systems and pricing models, including discount structures and coding revamps.
  • •Optimize and manage provider networks (down/up grading), pharmacy benefits, formulary and refills systems, and volume allocation/referral mechanisms.
  • •Lead team performance through KPI oversight, goal setting, coaching, and enablement; coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, and commercial finance on network and pricing updates.

Key Requirements
