Develop your sales career through a structured two-year program with rotations across the Customer Leadership Organization in a Consumer Packaged Goods environment. Build hands-on customer experience, deliver presentations, and grow skills in pricing, relationship management, negotiations, and strategic business planning. Receive coaching from program and functional managers and a mentor while learning sales operations, analytics, category management, revenue management, and shopper marketing.
