Job Summary

Support the implementation, maintenance, and operation of the third-party risk management framework across Bybit EU’s regulated entities in Austria. Monitor vendors and services against regulatory requirements, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and related metrics are in place. Review documentation, produce management information and regulatory notifications, maintain third-party portfolios/registers (e.g., DORA), and help assess and onboard new third parties while partnering with Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Technology, and the regulator.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the implementation, maintenance, and operation of the third-party risk management framework.
•Oversee and monitor third-party services and vendors in line with regulatory requirements across Bybit EU entities in Austria.
•Ensure agreements, SLAs, KPIs, and other metrics are defined to manage third parties against regulatory requirements.
•Review and analyze documentation, prepare reports/management information, and handle regulatory notifications.
•Maintain third-party portfolios/registers and ensure adherence to the full third-party risk lifecycle, including monitoring and exit planning.

Key Requirements

•Solid understanding of Third-Party Risk Management, including DORA, EBA outsourcing guidelines, and the Austrian banking act.
•Hands-on experience operating third-party risk frameworks.

•Minimum 2 years of focused experience in Third-Party Risk or outsourcing services management.
•Fluency in German and English, with strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
