Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s/Master’s in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, or HCI; instructional design certifications (e.g., ATD, eLearning Guild) are beneficial.
  • •8–12 years in L&D/courseware, including 3–5 years leading standards, templates, and workflows.
  • •Experience developing and enforcing courseware quality systems, including checklists, peer reviews, and QA sign-off.
  • •Strong proficiency in English is required for this role.
  • •Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
