Key Responsibilities

•Fully own revenue growth and quota attainment for the SMB segment in assigned North America markets.
•Devise strategies to ensure vendors deliver growth across agency acquisitions and existing SMB books of business.
•Lead weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews with vendors, manage action items, and drive completion.
•Drive workflow and process optimizations at vendor sites while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
•Build scaled sales initiatives for high-value SMBs and shape Ads product roadmap through client feedback and campaign metrics.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in sales, client services, or operations.
•5+ years of sales vendor management or sales leadership experience.
•Proven experience building and running outsourced sales operations.

•Experience with Salesforce, Gong (or comparable tools) and strong analytics/quantitative skills.
