Job Summary

Support TikTok For Business’s Global Business Solutions sales team through short-term, project-based work that helps deepen partnerships and grow revenue across industries in Vietnam. Key Responsibilities

•Be an integral part of the sales team to support sales activities that deepen partnerships and grow revenue across multiple industries in Vietnam.
•Support the sales lifecycle, including research, analytics, presentation preparation, client onboarding, basic campaign execution, and daily performance monitoring.
•Monitor ad compliance to ensure advertisements adhere to TikTok’s advertising policies and best practices while maintaining brand safety.
•Build client one-pagers by identifying client challenges and creating a scalable solution and go-to-market strategy, and support multilingual translation when required.
•Coordinate internal projects and action items, provide administrative support (logistics, meeting minutes, follow-ups), and deliver multilingual support including translation and language quality review.

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing an Undergraduate or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Management, Communication, Economics, or a related field.
•Proficiency in Chinese and English; fluent written and spoken Chinese is mandatory for managing stakeholders in Chinese-speaking markets.
•Ability to start as soon as possible with a 6-month commitment.
•Support sales activities across the sales lifecycle, including research, analytics, presentation preparation, and client onboarding.
•Ensure advertisements adhere to TikTok’s advertising policies and best practices for brand safety and compliance.
