Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to sustain, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet on-time delivery while ensuring quality and cost.
  • •Partner across R&D, Product Engineering, and Operations to support successful and on-time new product introductions (NPI).
  • •Apply DFM/DFX to develop manufacturable product processes and define sustainable, reproducible processes.
  • •Meet manufacturing KPIs and lead continuous improvement projects using OEE, FPY, TPY, DPMO, on-time delivery, and cost targets.
  • •Research and evaluate new manufacturing technologies and provide sustaining technical support for PCBA manufacturing processes (SMT, selective/wave solder/PTH, and related).

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum B.S. degree in Engineering from an accredited engineering program.
  • •2+ years of experience in multinational electronics PCBA/SMT process engineering.
  • •Experience in a high-mix low-volume environment; high-technology OEM background preferred.
  • •Knowledge of SMT, wave, manual soldering, and press-fit related PCBA manufacturing.
  • •Familiarity with IPC-A-610, J-std, JEDEC, and related PCBA standards.
