Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage end-to-end production and flow projects supporting business growth, production capacity increases, and operational efficiency.
  • •Establish and direct cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment on goals, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.
  • •Define and translate business needs into scalable production and flow solutions, including shop floor space planning and layout changes for facility expansion.
  • •Own project financials, including budgeting, cost estimation, CAPEX/OPEX planning, milestones, approvals, resource allocation, and risk management.
  • •Coordinate with stakeholders, construction partners, and external service providers to oversee execution of modifications, equipment installation, and process adjustments.

Key Requirements

  • •Several years of experience in project management.
  • •Experience in manufacturing and/or project management.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor level in an appropriate science field.
  • •Structured project leadership and the ability to coordinate in matrix environments.
  • •Fluency in Finnish and English.
