Job Summary

Lead and manage multiple client implementation projects, overseeing project execution from initiation to completion within budget and on time using waterfall or agile methodologies. Coordinate people and resources, define project scope and objectives, build budgets and project plans, and track cost and schedule compliance. Monitor installation and client acceptance, manage vendor contracts, provide ongoing stakeholder updates, and drive continuous improvement across project delivery through reviews and performance measurement.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and direct planning/strategic planning for multiple client implementation projects.
•Oversee execution and completion of client implementation projects, ensuring delivery within budget, scope, and timeline.
•Lead and manage a team of project managers and implementation resources, providing guidance and mentorship.
•Define project scope and objectives, prepare budgets, and create project management plans with sign-off.
•Monitor project performance and milestones, manage vendor/supplier contracts, and provide consistent stakeholder updates to support operational excellence.

Key Requirements

•Advanced professional experience in project management within a global IT services organization.
•Advanced experience managing high-complexity projects across cross services/technology domains and the full project lifecycle.
•Advanced people management/leadership experience coordinating operational tasks of a team.
•Experience delivering client implementation projects, including using agile methodology.
•Bachelor’s (or equivalent) in a relevant field; relevant certifications such as PMI, CAPM, PMP, or Prince 2.
