Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn all aspects of the Route Delivery Driver role, including safe and efficient operation of the delivery vehicle.
  • •Service accounts along a designated route by delivering, unloading, and merchandising products according to PBV and customer standards.
  • •Conduct pre/post-trip inspections, report issues promptly to the fleet department, and follow all DOT and FMCSA regulations.
  • •Safely unload product and follow proper check-in procedures, including obtaining required signatures, store stamps, and invoices for settlement.
  • •Stock shelves/racks/coolers/displays, rotate products, and handle damages/empty cases and related credit processes; communicate issues to store personnel and management.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.
  • •Class A CDL required.
  • •Must be able to pass a DOT physical prior to the first day of employment.
  • •Obtain a CDL permit within 45 business days if CDL is not currently held.
  • •Perform basic financial calculations and demonstrate positive, detail-oriented customer-focused work.
