Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain visibility of threat/opportunity trigger points, support risk cost profiling, and monitor remaining risk budget exposure.
  • •Use risk data to inform investment planning and produce timely risk reports to communicate threat/opportunity status.
  • •Conduct quantitative risk assessments (QCRA and QSRA) to inform project contingency levels and create risk management plans and processes aligned to client frameworks.
  • •Lead and run end-to-end project/program risk management across multiple projects, including regular risk reviews and ensuring risk profiles are monitored and reported.
  • •Manage construction-stage contract and claims management, including assessment of contractual claims, dispute advice, change management, cost control, and final account settlement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 170,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a field related to construction.
  • •Minimum 3 years of applicable experience.
  • •Relevant construction project procurement and contract management experience.
  • •Demonstrated experience in a Program Management or Program Controls environment.
  • •Deep knowledge of risk identification, facilitation techniques, and quantitative risk assessment (cost and schedule).
