Lead Process Technician

Lead and monitor plastic extrusion production processes to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output. Oversee set-up, start-up, and changeover procedures; inspect lines for abnormalities and quality deviations; and troubleshoot equipment to identify root causes and reduce downtime. Train operators and process technicians, calibrate production equipment, and collaborate with engineers to improve efficiency, yield, and product quality while following SOPs, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
