Key Responsibilities

  • •Create, assign, and monitor work orders; track machine service intervals; order parts and diagnose root causes with data across many makes/models.
  • •Practice safe job practices for repairing equipment.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment.
  • •Maintain complete, timely paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) daily.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment/parts and, when required, travel to customer job sites for repair/maintenance while maintaining a clean, professional service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position.
  • •Advanced mechanical aptitude with working knowledge of tools; extensive construction equipment knowledge with advanced understanding of schematics/diagrams.
  • •Strong customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred; field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
  • •Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; must be at least 21 years old to operate company vehicle.
