Key Responsibilities

  • •Receive product from the press, stack and place on pallets; ensure correct pallet loading and finished quality with error-free jobs.
  • •Print pallet labels and set up jobs using job docket and set-up sheets; pull samples and send to Quality Auditors as required.
  • •Support downtime and press readiness activities, including press cleaning, webbing, and assisting operators when the press is down.
  • •Perform make-ready tasks such as purging stacks, changing impression rollers, adjusting print unit components, and changing cylinders/pumps/inks/solvents.
  • •Maintain OHSE compliance with PPE, hazardous materials/waste handling, uniform and housekeeping, and participate as a member of the press crew to meet production goals.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma (or GED) and 1–3 years of related production experience and/or training (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •Very good mechanical and physical ability, including manual dexterity to safely manipulate product and equipment.
  • •Forklift operators must maintain safety training for operation of all company equipment.
  • •Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and perform prolonged standing, stooping, bending, reaching, climbing, kneeling, crouching, and balancing.
  • •Ability to rotate shifts and be available to work over 8 hours per day and/or 40 hours per week when needed to meet customer requirements.
