Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead rail station M&E design teams.
  • •Liaise M&E design with clients and contractors.
  • •Act as the focal point between the client team and the WSP design team.
  • •Work with the M&E design team to resolve design issues.
  • •Deliver technical MEP building services across concept to RIBA 4 / GRIP 5 stages, including compliance and net zero design commitments.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience leading MEPFC building services design teams in the Rail environment during design and construction stages.
  • •Qualifications meeting the requirements for Chartership with a UK Engineering Institution.
  • •Understanding of HS2, Network Rail and/or London Underground standards requirements.
  • •Strong knowledge of M&E building services design requirements in rail or other regulated environments.
  • •Experience working with M&E clients/contractors across initial design, detailed design, and preferably construction stage.
