Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the main point of contact for ongoing finance system improvement implementation.
  • •Collaborate globally with IT and finance process owners to prioritize improvement requests.
  • •Validate development results by understanding business requirements and running test cases to obtain business sign-off.
  • •Oversee day-to-day reported issues, following KPIs on resolutions, and assist in system testing.
  • •Manage finance system version upgrades and monitor/investigate issues to resolve or provide workarounds.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of experience in ERP support tasks or as a key user.
  • •Strong understanding of finance department process basics.
  • •Experience with global ERP solutions, with D365 F&O or earlier versions preferred.
