Job Summary

Own the ongoing improvement and support of finance systems, serving as the main point of contact for implementations, upgrades, and prioritization of requests. Partner globally with IT and finance process owners, translate business requirements, run test cases, and coordinate business sign-off. Monitor and investigate reported issues, resolve problems or provide workarounds, and continually improve the system landscape and processes while using available AI tools to solve business problems.

•Oversee day-to-day reported issues, following KPIs on resolutions, and assist in system testing.
•Manage finance system version upgrades and monitor/investigate issues to resolve or provide workarounds.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of experience in ERP support tasks or as a key user.
•Strong understanding of finance department process basics.
•Experience with global ERP solutions, with D365 F&O or earlier versions preferred.
•Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and organization.
•Fluency in English (spoken and written).
