Key Responsibilities

  • •Create short- and long-term plans for item/location stock movements across the distribution network to meet service and operational targets.
  • •Determine material requirements from engineering and production schedules and coordinate movement of materials with purchasing, production, and engineering.
  • •Develop tactical demand forecasts and replenishment plans; support monthly Sales and Operations Planning efforts.
  • •Optimize inventory positions and safety stock targets using SKU/stocking-location analysis; adjust forecast and replenishment strategies to improve inventory investment.
  • •Supervise and improve planning KPIs (forecast accuracy, inventory health, service, OTIF, backorder reduction), perform variance analysis, and support procurement/inventory targets.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduate in engineering; MBA desirable.
  • •Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Supply Chain, Supply and Demand Planning, and Inventory Management.
  • •Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • •Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Experience with APO (or similar forecasting tools); APICS/CPIM certification desirable.
