Assistant Manager - Planning and Procurement

Plan, schedule, and monitor the movement of materials across the production and distribution cycle. Translate engineering and production schedules into material requirements, coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, and engineering, and maintain accurate planning data, bills of material, and item/location stock movements. Own tactical demand forecasting and replenishment, optimize inventory and safety stock targets, manage KPIs (forecast accuracy, service, OTIF, backorders), and perform variance analysis while supporting S&OP planning and supplier/procurement targets.
