  • •Define the Project IVV and Transition Strategy
  • •Develop and maintain the IVVQ Plan
  • •Define and monitor IVV KPIs and propose performance improvements
  • •Lead IVV technical gate reviews with internal teams and customers
  • •Promote knowledge sharing and ensure reusable work across projects

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
  • •7+ years of Test Engineering experience in complex software-centric safety-critical systems
  • •2+ years experience in a multi-disciplinary engineering environment
  • •Strong knowledge of Systems and Software Engineering lifecycles (e.g., EIA632, ISO/IEC15288)
  • •Experience leading and mentoring multi-skilled engineering teams and communicating with diverse stakeholders
