•Partner with managers to support day-to-day people topics and team effectiveness, guiding on employee relations, performance management, and organizational matters.
•Coordinate with global CoEs to ensure local delivery of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll data accuracy, and benefits administration.
•Manage performance reviews, engagement surveys, and talent management programs for the regions.
•Handle employee relations cases and ensure compliance with applicable labor laws across Europe and Israel.
•Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee data, contracts, and compliance.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•6+ years in Human Resources
•Experience as HRBP or HR Generalist in international environments
•Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law (mandatory)
•Fluent Spanish and English (mandatory)
•HRIS experience (Workday preferred)
