Manager, Claims Operations (Auto Non Injury Complex)

Lead auto, property, and other claims operations member service teams responsible for investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims. Coach and develop employees, drive process improvements to enhance member experience, and ensure consistent execution of operational guidelines. Manage escalations and decision-making based on policy, while monitoring operational risk and supporting regulatory compliance training, policies, and procedures. Based in Colorado Springs with 4 days/week in-office.
