Learn the full creative design process from sketch to final accessory product. Own self-directed projects and help bring product design ideas to life with product strategies. Key Responsibilities

•Learn the complete creative design process from first sketch to final product.
•Own self-directed individual projects and support launching product design ideas aligned with product strategies.
•Generate and present product stories, designs, and mood boards.
•Under the direction of the Design team, collect market intelligence on trends and developments.
•Assist with creation and maintenance of creative directions, product designs, tech packs, presentation materials, design mini sheets, specifications, and general tasks like drawings and database upkeep.

Key Requirements

•Enrolled as a Design student in a related creative field (fashion, product/transportation, or graphic).
•Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, with Photoshop and Illustrator required, plus MS Office.
•Knowledge of 3D modeling is a plus (e.g., Browzwear/Vstitcher, Clo3D, Modo, Rhino, Keyshot).
•Self-starter with initiative and hands-on work style, plus strong storytelling ability.
•Excellent written and spoken English skills, with project and time management skills.
