Field Service Professional

Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home security and automation systems while acting as Vivint’s trusted face in customers’ homes. You’ll evaluate home needs, recommend and sell equipment upgrades or service enhancements, and educate homeowners on system usage. The role combines technical work with consultative sales, supported by virtual and on-the-job training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow within a national organization.
