Job Summary

Manage the operational deployment, maintenance, and project activities of the e-invoicing landscape within Accounts Payable. Serve as subject matter expert and primary contact for platforms including Taulia and Air Supply, coordinating with AP, Financial Systems, Procurement, and suppliers. Lead supplier onboarding, troubleshooting guidance, and onboarding cadence (tracking and scheduling), while supporting major AP projects and preparing monthly status updates for AP leadership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own the e-invoicing program management and deployment for Taulia and Air Supply platforms.
•Act as the interface between Accounts Payable, Financial Systems, Procurement, and other stakeholders to support implementation and operations.
•Lead supplier onboarding for the new e-invoicing tools, including introductory meetings and follow-up coordination with Procurement.
•Provide expert guidance to suppliers for troubleshooting and questions about tool functionality and usage.
•Support major AP projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and coordinate monthly meeting materials for AP leadership status updates.
