Key Responsibilities

•Establish Zip’s PMO by architecting project management standards, methodology templates, and tooling for scalable delivery.
•Manage, mentor, and hire a team of project managers, setting performance expectations and supporting career growth.
•Own and drive end-to-end delivery for high-priority, complex enterprise implementations alongside team leadership.
•Oversee global enterprise onboarding portfolio with resource constraint monitoring, capacity planning, and delivery timeline management.
•Define and track operational metrics (e.g., project velocity, milestones, time-to-value) and lead executive escalations to resolve delivery blockers.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or complex project management.
•3+ years of direct people management experience, growing and mentoring technical implementation teams.
•Proven success building, launching, or significantly up-leveling a PMO function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
•Deep familiarity with enterprise financial systems, procurement workflows, or large-scale ERP implementation methodologies.
•Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship skills with the ability to influence executives and push back constructively.
