  • •Manage, mentor, and hire a team of project managers, setting performance expectations and supporting career growth.
  • •Own and drive end-to-end delivery for high-priority, complex enterprise implementations alongside team leadership.
  • •Oversee global enterprise onboarding portfolio with resource constraint monitoring, capacity planning, and delivery timeline management.
  • •Define and track operational metrics (e.g., project velocity, milestones, time-to-value) and lead executive escalations to resolve delivery blockers.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of experience in enterprise software implementation, technology consulting, or complex project management.
  • •3+ years of direct people management experience, growing and mentoring technical implementation teams.
  • •Proven success building, launching, or significantly up-leveling a PMO function in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.
  • •Deep familiarity with enterprise financial systems, procurement workflows, or large-scale ERP implementation methodologies.
