Project Manager

Oversee the end-to-end delivery of specific AV systems integration projects, ensuring time, scope, budget, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Programming, Fabrication & Installation, customers, and third parties. Build and manage schedules, resources, orders, and budgets; monitor risks, costs, and quality; and handle changes via established procedures. Provide reporting, manage project close-out documentation, maintain customer relationships, and travel to job sites as required.
