Key Responsibilities

  • •Own day-to-day relationships with signed and prospective partners in Korea as the single point of contact across enablement, solutioning, and GTM execution.
  • •Accelerate partner-sourced and/or influenced sales opportunities by coordinating with OpenAI business and cross-functional teams.
  • •Drive partner onboarding across workstreams including sales training, technical enablement, security and provisioning, and support operations.
  • •Ensure partner readiness to deploy and resell OpenAI solutions via shared project plans, milestone tracking, and joint QBRs.
  • •Orchestrate co-developed solutions and establish operational rhythms, while monitoring partner performance, flagging risks, and enforcing compliance with partnership agreements.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience in alliances, partner success, or sales in enterprise software or systems integration environments.
  • •Deep experience in partner onboarding and activation, ideally with hyperscale cloud/enterprise SaaS vendors, regional SIs, and technology consultants.
  • •Strong program management skills to track multiple workstreams and hold cross-functional stakeholders accountable.
  • •Familiarity with the Korean enterprise ecosystem and the ability to manage relationships across local and global partner teams.
  • •Native-level fluency in Korean and professional fluency in English.
