Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a clinical liaison to General Imaging Ultrasound customers with Account Managers and local teams across sales and implementation phases.
  • •Assess customer configuration requirements and education needs; plan and deliver equipment and application training; troubleshoot and solve problems using product and clinical knowledge.
  • •Schedule and perform demonstrations for the assigned geography and support system installation customer training while completing required checklists.
  • •Consult with internal and external customers, communicating regularly with local, zone, and management teams.
  • •Generate leads, cover tradeshows as assigned, and support the installed base while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
