Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform technical discovery inside client environments by mapping unfamiliar mid-market stacks (CRM, ERP, finance tools, spreadsheets) quickly without disrupting IT.
  • •Run deep-dive protocols during Intensive sessions, including screen-share walkthroughs, data-structure probing, and integration surface mapping.
  • •Prepare and rescue during live build sessions by pre-building scaffolding for executives and debugging real-time failures quietly and effectively.
  • •Author the 90-day technical roadmap end to end, including outcomes, honest effort sizing, sequencing, data prerequisites, and alignment with delivery feasibility/margin gates.
  • •Build fast prototypes and maintain a reusable opportunity library; feed and fix inputs to the diagnosis system and support engineering hiring through technical assessment scoring.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, technical consultant, or full-stack engineer with regular client-facing discovery, demos, and workshops.
  • •Hands-on experience shipping real things with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and workflow automation.
  • •Ability to “stack archaeology” unfamiliar business systems quickly, including reading CRM schemas, reverse-engineering spreadsheet-driven processes, and interrogating unknown APIs.
  • •Proven estimation honesty, including a story of a scope you refused or cut down and why.
  • •Excellent written communication for non-technical executives, with full professional fluency in English.
